they remind today for a really great and easy side dish I’m gonna make caramelized Brussels sprouts my way so what we have here just about count as Brussels sprouts when I cut the ends off and then peel off the other the outer layer of them and for the big ones just cut them right in half just like that okay so all we’re going to do is right now is we’re just gonna put them with some salt and pepper and a little bit of olive oil and then put them right into the oven and then as soon as they get out we’re gonna kick it up a little bit and put some some bacon and some shallots and it’s just gonna give it a whole nother flavor it’s gonna be awesome all right now we’re gonna add some salt pepper it’s really easy you could even leave it just salt and pepper and olive oil we put in the oven and that would be good enough but I want some work in mind a little bit of olive oil I’m just gonna mix it together now I just sounds like a sheep in the night lined by the oven preheated at 400 put it in now for about 20 to 25 minutes just until they start to fiddle around alright so the breast sprouts are almost done so we’re gonna go ahead do some bacon enos that they need so I’m gonna go ahead and it’s time to go ahead and get out those Brussels sprouts so let’s see how they look they’re nice and caramelized they’re gonna be delicious oh my god phenomenal smell nice and golden-brown so it’s gonna go ahead and leave these right here make sure you get the maple is that you can use regular but this is gonna add a nice little sweetness to it you go ahead and let this cook down just a little bit all right so this is nice and render nice and brown what we’re gonna do is we’re just gonna go ahead put in a paper towel and get off least more than half of this on you go ahead and add these shallots and hook up a bit maple bacon just like this little bit of pepper a little bit Oh sweetness a little bit spicy alright I wish you could smell it smells amazing Brussels sprouts look at this hell of a side dish yes ma’am how can you go wrong I mean anyone would want to eat Brussels sprouts if you’re eating it with bacon that’s what I think so there you go oh yeah you would serve it up and you’re ready to go Carmine’s Brussels sprouts blakeley’s way we hope you like it
